01Refer a friend

Simple sharing prepares a link to a WhatsApp conversation with the entered number; the number is not sent to TMC or saved in the lead register. The message is sent only from WhatsApp. If you separately enable a TMC referral, the register records your friend’s number, optional first name, your name, the residence and your statement that your friend agreed to sharing the details and being contacted about the residence. The referral is marked as coming from a third party; the sender’s statement is not direct confirmation from the friend. Do not share the number without their permission. The register has the visibility described below.

03What data is collected

The enquiry form collects your name, phone number or email, interest, message and optional preferences. It includes the source page, language, selected apartment and plan, visit campaign parameters and submission time. A phone number or email is required for a response; preferences are optional.

These forms do not request identity documents, banking details, health data or other sensitive categories. Information entered in the careers form is used in your browser to prepare an email; attach your CV in your email app.

04Purpose of processing

Form details are used to respond to your enquiry and arrange the conversation or viewing you request, as steps at your request prior to entering into a contract under GDPR Article 6(1)(b). Submitting the form records your enquiry and the version of the notice shown, not consent to marketing. Technical records support service operation and security.

The website does not automatically subscribe you to a newsletter or add enquiries to marketing campaigns.

05Where your data goes

Commercial enquiries are temporarily saved on the server and sent to the TMC Google Sheets register. The register currently permits viewing and editing by people who have its link. This visibility is also stated before form submission. Do not include sensitive information in your message.

Google provides the Sheets service. TMC may receive an automatic email notification with the enquiry identifier and a register link, without your contact details in that notification. If you continue through WhatsApp or email, the message and included information are transmitted through your chosen service under its own terms and policies. The direct WhatsApp button does not automatically record an enquiry in Sheets. Applications sent by email go to TMC’s correspondence, not the link-accessible enquiry register.

06Retention and updates

After Sheets confirms import, the temporary server copy containing contact details is removed. Register entries and correspondence are managed by TMC to handle the request and subsequent relationship. You can ask about the applicable retention period, correction or deletion at contact@tmcpark.ro. Information required for legal obligations or legal claims may be retained as applicable.

07Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability, or object to processing. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting processing before withdrawal. To exercise your rights, write to contact@tmcpark.ro. You may also complain to the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing.

08Cookies and external content

With your permission, this website loads Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Meta Pixel and TikTok Pixel for statistics, enquiry attribution and advertising measurement. These tools do not load before acceptance or after rejection. The analytics_storage, ad_storage, ad_user_data and ad_personalization signals are controlled. Your choice is stored locally for up to 180 days and can be changed through Cookie preferences in the footer. Withdrawal stops future measurement and removes measurement cookies accessible to this website; it does not undo earlier processing. Enquiry forms work without measurement consent. After acceptance, UTM parameters and gclid, gbraid and wbraid identifiers may be stored in the session for up to two hours and attached to your enquiry together with your consent state. Contact details and your message are not sent through these measurement events. Technical request identifiers prevent duplicate entries; the server may keep operational and security logs. Google, Meta and TikTok apply their own privacy policies and may process information outside the European Economic Area under the conditions and safeguards described by each provider.

YouTube videos load only after you choose to play them. Visits to WhatsApp, YouTube, Google Maps, Waze or other external services are subject to their policies.
